The crisis management guidelines outline what the CEPA Foundation expects its staff to do in a given emergency, and will ensure they cope effectively by specifying who must be contacted, who has decision-making authority and who will perform certain tasks. At the CEPA Foundation, the safety and security of our students, staff, and community members are of the utmost importance and all reasonable actions are and will be taken to accomplish this. In an emergency every second counts, we’ve built this plan to be well-prepared on how to react and therefore save valuable time during a crisis. The center of an efficient crisis management system is being sure those responsible have access to information and the resources they need. The crisis management plan also includes taking preventative steps well before a crisis arises in order to be prepared when a matters turns into a crisis.
