naomi_zieglerDr. Naomi Ziegler, Assistant Director, Off-Campus Studies, Carleton College

Naomi is Assistant Director of Off-Campus Study at Carleton College in Northfield, Minnesota, where she supports Carleton faculty-led programs, advises students, and works with publications, websites, pre-departure and reentry orientations, regulatory compliance, evaluations, events, and a whole host of other areas. She holds a PhD in Comparative and International Development Education from the University of Minnesota and master’s degrees in counseling and French studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

leigh_neysLeigh Neys, Ed.D., Director of International Programs, Northern State University

Leigh serves as Director of International Programs at Northern State University (NSU). In this role, Leigh coordinates activities and actions initiated for the purpose of creating comprehensive international programming and international student retention.  With over 15 years of experience in international education, she provides leadership and expertise in the development and realization of a vision for international education.  She is active in professional organizations in her field and serves on the advisory board for International Studies Abroad, a study abroad program provider.  Leigh holds a doctorate in organization leadership, policy and development from the University of Minnesota.

Lynn AndersonLynn C. Anderson, Academic Director, CEPA Foundation

Lynn C. Anderson was Dean of International Education at UC San Diego and was Director of Curriculum Integration and taught German, ESL, and Foreign Studies at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities. Together with her expertise and many years of experience working in the field of international education, she collaborates with the other advisory board members to ensure that CEPA Foundation programs and services meet the highest standards for academic quality and positively impact students’ goals.
